In addition to the engineered plastic products that are machined, or injection molded, SR Plastics specializes in the manufacture of thermal formed engineered PTFE diaphragms. We excel with the application involving the air operated double diaphragm pump industry, where our diaphragms have performed in excess of the required 12 million flexural cycle test.

We continually meet and exceed our customers stringent requirements for durability and reliability as our diaphragms range in size from 1” to 16” in diameter. Our industries being served include the air operated pump industry with applications being available with the valve, and metering pump industries. We support applications involving harsh chemicals, semiconductor applications, pharmaceutical applications, and the food industry.
