Injection Molding Machines

We currently have 31 plastic injection molding machines, and two rubber presses, ranging from 50 tons up to 1000 ton capability from quality manufactures. We have the ability to maintain and produce tooling in our in-house tool room. Our machines are manufactured by Fortune, Haitian, and Power Jet where our capability is as follows:

• 9 machines with 50 to 125 ton clamp tonnage
• 18 machines with 180 to 400 ton clamp tonnage
• 3 machines with 550 to 605 ton clamp tonnage
• 1 machine with 1000 ton clamp tonnage
• 2 Rubber presses with 150 ton clamp tonnage
• 12 robots for automatic molding

Inspection Equipment

• 1 (One) optical comparator, Suburban Tool with Quadra-Chek digital readout
• 2 Helmel Checkmaster and Micro Star , CMM Measuring Machine;
• 1 (One) Keyence Visual Measuring Machine
• 1 (One) VL-700 Keyence CMM Lazer Measurement Scanning Machine
• Various inspection gages and micrometers
